I want to verify I’m selecting the correct option of packages
- Spent two days trying to find programs to purchase.
- No one was available or returned my calls.
I have called for two solid days for the purpose of finding which programs to purchase. No one has ever been available and no one has called me back. This is horrible customer service and I dont know how they stay in business.

- Customer service unresponsive for days; phone unreachable, tickets and emails only send two templates with no resolution after many attempts.
It was difficult for me. No telephone contact possible.
You open tickets and receive the same text modules. The employees don't look at what communication was sent beforehand. Two days a waste of time!
I was under time pressure, wanted to prepare for the exam and instead had to deal with a disorganised customer service department. It was not a pleasant situation for me.
Seit drei Tagen versuche ich mit Ihrem Kundenservice zu kommunizieren. Ich habe ein Paket be iIhnen gekauft, um mich auf einen Test vorzubereiten.
Jedoch kann ich es nicht.
Sie sind telefonisch nicht erreichbar, wenn man tickets offnet oder emails sendet bekommt man immer wieder die zwei Vorlagen geschickt. Es wird nicht einmal recherchiert, was zuvor kommuniziert wurde.
20 Ticktes, 20 Emails und immer noch keine Losung.
